Provence is not just a place I source fabric from,  it’s where I grew up. Those sun-drenched fields, vibrant markets, and the unmistakable colours of the south of France are part of who I am. When I started 2nd Vie, bringing a piece of that home into my work felt natural.

The fabrics in this collection are imported directly from Provence, the same region I called home. They are richer in colour, finer in texture, and full of the warmth and character that defines that part of France. And true to the spirit of 2nd Vie, every piece of Provence fabric I use is an offcut or remnant rescued from waste and given a second life in something handmade and meaningful.

You’ll find the Provence fabric across a range of our products — from bags to lavender accessories and gifts, each one handcrafted in Australia with care.

Why is it priced higher?
Sourcing these fabrics from France, even as offcuts, comes at a cost in shipping and quality. But what you’re getting is something genuinely special: a handmade piece, crafted from fabric with a story, by someone who grew up where that fabric comes from.
