Shipping Carrier:

2nd Vie uses Australia Post to send customer orders Australia wide. Your tracking number will be sent with your order fulfilment, so please ensure your email address is spelt correctly at checkout to receive all your emails and notifications for your order.

 

Handling & Processing Time:

2nd Vie processes orders every 1-2 business days, so please allow this processing time for us to carefully pick, pack and post your sustainable order to you!

 

Australia Post Shipping Time:

Regular Postage is through Parcel Post which can be 2-4 business days if your location is in NSW. Interstate can be 3-6 business days.

I ordered Express Post but it hasn't been sent the next day:

Express Post is not a next day delivery service. We do not offer a rush order service.

Express Post means we will process your order at Australia Post within our 1-2 business days handling and processing time above. 

Express Postage can be 1-2+ business days if your location is in NSW. Interstate Express Postage can be 1-3+ business days.
